After passing away at the age of 90, a legendary hero of the 1986 hit Crocodile Dundee is recalled for his "fiery temper" and "resilience."
According to the reptile's caregivers, the famous crocodile who costarred with Paul Hogan in the 1986 hit Crocodile Dundee passed away at the age of "over 90."
Over the weekend, Burt, the 700 kg, 5.1 m gigantic saltwater crocodile who starred in the Hollywood movie, passed away in captivity in Darwin.
The movie icon's passing was confirmed on Monday by Crocosaurus Cove, a crocodile herpetarium and aquarium that has cared for Burt in captivity since 2008. The establishment also paid respect to the animal.

Some saltwater crocodiles can live up to 100 years, while the average lifespan is around 70 years.
